Overview

The mission of the Master of Science Program in Civil
Engineering is to train graduates of related undergraduate programs in a more
advanced way, taking into account the needs of new technologies, emerging
research fields for the industry and society, and deepening them in a
particular field.

Career opportunities

The goal of the METU NCC Civil Engineering Master's
Program is to train highly skilled engineers with international recognition,
specialized in the sub-disciplines of Civil Engineering. It is aimed that
graduates of this program will be equipped with the latest knowledge,
proficient in their field of expertise, contribute to the newest research in
science, and become high-level engineers who will add value to the country's
resources and economy in research/development centers, universities, and
engineering/construction industry. The primary goal is to prepare them to take
on roles as researchers and conceptual designers or to be ready for doctoral
programs.
